Toni M. Cutson, MD, MHS
 
Dr. Toni Cutson is Assistant Director of the Extended Care and Rehabilitation Center at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center . She is the physician leader of the Palliative Care Consult Team at the DVAMC and of the VISN 6 (network) Palliative Care Consult Team. Dr. Cutson serves as the medical director for the hospice of the DVAMC affiliate teaching institution, Duke University Medical Center. Areas of interest include end of life care, assessment and intervention/rehabilitation with mobility difficulties among older adults (e.g., Parkinson's disease), and long term care.
